Terms of Service
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Decksure, the Google Slides add-on. "Decksure", "we" and "us" mean the team behind Decksure. By installing or using Decksure, you agree to these terms. If you use it for your company, you confirm you're allowed to accept them on its behalf.
1. What Decksure does
Decksure compares the fonts, colors and text sizes in a Google Slides presentation with a brand kit you save, and shows you where they differ. It is a review aid. It doesn't check everything (see what it checks), it can miss things or flag things wrongly, and it doesn't guarantee that a presentation meets your brand guidelines or any other standard. Please review your presentations yourself before relying on them.
2. Price
Decksure is free until 31 March 2027. After that we plan to charge US$19 a year per person, and checks will need a paid plan. We'll publish the paid terms, including refunds, before any charge applies. You will never be charged unless you choose to buy a plan.
3. Your content
Your presentations and brand kits are yours. Decksure reads the presentation you have open only to provide its features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Decksure to break the law or anyone's rights, and don't try to disrupt it or get around its limits. To the extent the law allows, don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. You must also follow Google's terms for Google Workspace and Google Slides.
5. Availability and changes
Decksure runs on Google's platform, so it depends on Google Slides and Google's add-on services. We may improve, change or stop parts of Decksure. If we stop Decksure entirely, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
6. No warranty
Decksure is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of Decksure. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Decksure in the 12 months before the claim, or US$19 if that is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Decksure at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page, with a new date at the top, before it takes effect. If you keep using Decksure after that, the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
